Serious Case Panel papers and information

Hi all

I’ll use this thread to collate information about the Serious Case Panel.  Of course, others are welcome to post relevant information.

The information I’ll post here will relate to the work of the SCP (and possibly parts of DWP which feed into the SCP - e.g. the Customer Experience Directorate).

FOI: Please provide documents showing the recommendations made by the Serious Case Panel and progress made in implementing those recommendations. The team which provides a secretariat to the SCP, will be responsible for tracking these recommendations.
