Hi,

I am completing an Adult Disability Payment application for an 18 year-old who is resident in a children’s unit. Can he be paid the Daily Living component whilst resident there given that he is resident under continuing care? I can only find that if in a care home then Daily Living Component cannot be paid whilst resident.

Thanks Sean. It looks like he can’t be paid the Daily Living component as no exceptions covering him.
