North London based client has lost their envelop for the return of the UC50 questionnaire. I called Ingeus who cover his postcode area now and they gave me the DWP wolverhampton mail handling address. I thought UC50 questionnaires went straight to the assessment providers in the past has this now changed with the new contracts?

I know that the Edinburgh and Glasgow ones go to a Wolverhampton address these days.  I think the postcodes are different as well as the BCS bit of the address.

Does anyone know the return address for UC50’s in Scotland now?

I think there might be different addresses for different areas.

Just had a reply back -

I heard back from colleague about this and the Wolverhampton address is correct as this is our mail opening unit.

But I guess they will vary depending on the provider.
