Can anyone let me have a copy of CIB1985/04? I believe it is to reported as C(IB) 04/05. Northwiltshire mentioned it on 11/11/05 in this discussion forum, but I can't find it in any of the usual places.
Also, can anyone update me on the House of Lords decision re CIS 4348/03 and reasonableness? I'm looking at disclosure being reasonably expected for both permitted and non-permitted work. Any help would be welcome.

The House of Lords recently refused permission to appeal fronm the Court of Appeal's judgment in B v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions (that upheld the tribunal of commissioners decision in CIS/4348/2003).

Thamk you very much for your prompt replies. Of course I did mean R(IB) and not C(IB). The one on permitted work is helpful to my client, the House of Lords judgement kills the rest of the case stone dead.
