Hair type

I notice on the new Benefit Cheats web site the online "Report a Thief" form allows me to select from 25 different hair types when describing my Benefit Thief (and his or her partner). Including Bouffant.

Has the operation been outsourced to Silvikrin?

could be. i noticed that eye colours include pink. surprising, but i'm not looking for 6 foot tall invisible white lab rats with bouffant hair, who are definitely guilty without trial.

it looks like they've let fraud loose on writing the copy (as well as defining benefit theft!) - always a big mistake!! the wording is a long way away from the careful legally accurate prose we are accustomed to from government departments and covered by crown copyright - still, there it is and we must assume ministerial endorsement.

"If you deliberately fail to report a change in your personal circumstances you are treated as having committed benefit fraud."

I’d like to report the couple down the road as living together as Holmes and Watson (LTAHAW).

Blimey! That online reporting form looks longer than a DLA form to complete.
