DWP waiver policy?
Fri 05-Mar-10 08:41 AM

Morning.

I may be being daft, but please bear with me.

At my old job, we had a copy of the DWP policy on when they will consider a waiver of recoverable overpayments. I have searched both the DWP site and rightsnet and cannot find a copy. Even google isn't helping. Can anyone point me to where it is now?

Many thanks,

Jon

Hello Jon

I have a copy of the DWP Overpayments Guide, from aug 2009 which I think is the latest. It has a section on when to recover/write off overpayments.

Give me your email address and I'll forward it to you

Sean
