PDCS have a forthcoming conference, one aspect of that conference will be a focus on improvements to the telephone service, as per the text below:
"You need to have had experiences of our telephony service a while ago, but can talk about improvements they have seen in the service they have received recently. We can then make clear links to the changes implemented through the Change Programme, such as tell us once".
We rarely use this service, as we primarily use the Advisers helpline number, but i would be interested to gain responses from anyone who can either agree or disagree to the above and why that is the case.
So do you use the service ? Has there been improvements ? (if so what) Has the service deteriorated ?
Any help and honest responses would be appreciated.
