NAWRA, Chesterfield, 27th November 2009
Tue 10-Nov-09 05:38 PM

Hi

The agenda for the next NAWRA meeting has now been finalised.

We are very pleased to announce that we have secured Helen Goodman MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Department of Work and Pensions, as our guest speaker. Helen's responsibilities include Fraud and Error, Debt Management and the Social Fund, so I am sure there will be plenty to discuss!

We also have a programme of workshops, presentations and information exchange. The full programme can be found at http://nawra.org.uk/Documents/Chesterfield_Nov_09/Chesterfield_27Nov09.pdf.

If you are arriving on the Thursday evening, don't forget the social evening. All are welcome - check the agenda for details.

And finally, don't forget that after the meeting on Friday 27th November there will be the first (annual?) NAWRA Christmas party! Again, details are contained on the agenda papers - just follow the link above.

Hope to see many of you there!

Best wishes,

Alan Markey
NAWRA chairperson.

Hi

Just a reminder of the meeting this Friday, plus notice that we have a room available at the Chesterfield Legacy Hotel available for anyone arriving on Thursday who hasn't booked accommodation yet.

The room (a single ensuite and including breakfast) is available for Thursday night only. It has been booked and paid for (£52) but the member is unable to attend. They have asked that we offer it out to other members, so if anyone is interested please reply to this post with an imaginative reason as to why you should have the room and it could be yours! (Proposed donations to NAWRA might help tip the balance in your favour!)

Don't forget that the agenda for the meeting, maps and other details are available at www.nawra.org.uk.

Hope to see you in Chesterfield.

Best wishes,

Alan Markey
NAWRA chairperson
