lol! missed that! i've only been able to 'dip' so far, due to recurrent nausea attacks, but i don't care for the 'references' section, i'm bothered by the fixing the level of successful appeals bit, the 'fools paradise' service delivery section, the schtum on the fraud priority over rights role, the silence on national insurance links...which, let's face it, if mentioned would upset the spin

above all, the nature of the intervention by the state in the very important relationship between a sick person and his/her doctor...compulsion...
decreeing that work is the best medicine does not make it so for everybody, and you cannot help someone by force. obviously the prime minister disagrees, but maybe he has a blindspot.
