Interesting article. This organisation still seems to be operating in Lancashire. One of my colleague's customers got the letter offering a free benefit check about 3 weeks ago with Mr Brennan's name at the bottom. Presumably the outcome of this case has no legal bearing on the company continuing to trade?

I will check the local paper to see what sentence is passed and let you all know. Sentencing expected 22nd December.

We're in discussions with our Trading Standards department to see if there is anything can be done. Not sure if the specific offence he has been convicted of necessarily prevents his compoany trading or whether the actual sentence will make a difference but we are trying to find out.
