CIB/459/00 and Housam v. DWP Mon 01-Mar-04 01:44 PM
Does anyone have a copy of the Deputy Commissioner's decision CIB/459/00, which concerns the bending or kneeling PCA descriptor, that they could e-mail or fax to me (0207 247 9924)?
It seems that the Court of Appeal were due to hear an appeal against the decison, the pending case being known as Housam v DWP.
