i have recently met a client who is on HRM DLA and yet is clearly able to wlk with no difficulty. He had a stroke in 1991 (when the application was done) and presumably had mobility difficulties at that time. I've asked for a copy of the awrd and it was made for an indefinite period (as was an award of MRC). I need to tell him he should report that he has had a change of circs. What's the worst that could happen if he does so...? a reassessment from now or could the DWP delve back to when his mobility improved...?
