Commissioners Decisions
Mon 04-Jul-05 01:48 PM

OK i know this may sound thick!!

Our local JC+ office is using a couple of Commissioners decisions to back up an argument for an IB appeal.

They include a copy of both decisions in the papers.

On the front of one decision is stamped NON-REMIT and on the other REMITTED.

Anyone know what this means please?

Presumably one case was remitted to tribunal for rehearing and the other one wasn't.
