OK i know this may sound thick!!Our local JC+ office is using a couple of Commissioners decisions to back up an argument for an IB appeal. They include a copy of both decisions in the papers. On the front of one decision is stamped NON-REMIT and on the other REMITTED.Anyone know what this means please?

Presumably one case was remitted to tribunal for rehearing and the other one wasn't.
Yes that's right now i've looked at the decisions properly! Thanks.
