Just noting that Head v SS Commissioner is listed with the Court of Appeal for Thursday this week..anyone aware of whether it will be dealt with (and/or judgement handed down soon)?

The availability of judicial review in Scotland against the UT is still to be decided - the decision in Cart is not binding up here.

The Court of Session was due to hear the case of Eba Blajossie over three days last week but I've been told that it may have over run and may need further time.
