As far as I understand it the ECHR decision concluded that cliamaints were entitled to the £1,000 widows payment plus interest, but not ongoing widows benefit.

I had one case at ECHR re this but the claimant has still had no payment.

Has anybody out there got clients who have recieved any money following this decision.
