I am setting up a team in Suffolk which will be offering advice to people aged 65+ in the community. We will be getting referals via GP surgeries and will want to work with them closely to ensure relevant referals. We would also like to use the opportunity to make sure that they have benefits info. and to offer training.

As part of the team induction it would be great if they could visit similar projects to see how you have done things and learn lessons - good or bad!
