Am I missing something? I have a pensioner who is over 65 and who is on savings credit only. Has applied for help with NHS costs (for dentist). The calculation uses the personal allowance of £105.45, so her savings credit means she has more to pay now than before.

The savings credit should be ignored as income p192 CPAG
