I remember some time ago that the DWPs Overpayment Recovery Guide was available on t' internet but I can't seem to find it now. I think someone got hold of it under the Freedom Of Information Act. Is it still available online?

Just to highlight that the link jan has posted no longer appears in toolkit as we are unclear if its the most up-to-date version of the DWP's Overpayment Recovery Guide.

It's still there, it's just that the DWP have moved things about a bit.

not sure, but i think Damian's posting was referring to the 'DWP Overpayment Recovery Guide' and that isn't currently available via the DWP's own website.

I have received an updated hard copy of the ORG in response to a FOI request I made recently. Unfortunately, being the Luddite you know I am, I have no scanning facility so can't send it as an attachment thingy.

I'm more than happy to send a hard copy to LASA, but you would need to scan it for transfer onto the site.
