Hi,
If you make a further claim for WTC within 56 days and you qualify for the Disability Element because preceding that earlier claim you had been in receipt of LT IB... Am I right in thinking it's 56 days (not working days) AND If you received a 4 week run on does the 56 days start from the end of the run on or the end of the period of employment? Any replies/regs would be greatly appreciated as client nearly out of time...thanx
