Widowers Benefits
Mon 25-Jul-05 08:32 AM

As there are stayed cases at both Strasbourg and the H'o'L, what's the picture post Hooper?

I've an appeal which matches Mr Naylor in the Hooper case, which has now been listed, however we're not sure whether to seek a stay again or to simply withdraw.

Hints and tips would be appreciated

I'll amend this... Does anyone know whether there's a website that'll let me track the movement of the cases hrough the ECHR?
