I'm thinking 'Equality of Arms'& Human Rights Act re the computerised medical unsigned documents! In that EMP reports claimant interviews (for all their inherent failings) allow the individual to verify statements that are purported to have been made by them and sign to confirm their statement after reviewing its contents. In the IB examination no such opportunity is provided and as such the claimant is anaware of what is purported to be stated by themselves and subsequently the exact nature of the information used with which a decision to deny them benefit- due to its computerised format. Also, the lack of transparancy and external verification of Atos software or of the Dr's authorisation for the same reason. Any ideas would be welcome?
