A summary of a recent Tribunal of Commissioner's decision - CHR/3855/2005 - is now available in briefcase.

In this decision, the Commissioners consider whether there is a right of appeal to a commissioner against a decision of a legally qualified panel member of a tribunal to refuse to admit a late appeal where the appeal to the tribunal was not more than 12 months outside the primary time limit of one month.
