people may have seen the latest news on rights net about" mixed messages from the government regarding the tax credits now being made public funds"?


i am aware that the inland rev have no objections about adding a partner who is subject to immigration control and thus would not have access to public funds being added on to a claim for tax credits.

so if tax credits are now public funds, does that really change things?

any thoughts?
