We are seeking, in conjunction with academic partners, to put together a bid under Phase 2 of Jobcentre Plus ESF Objective 1 Co-financing in Cornwall. Jobcentre Plus advise us that their main claimants in Cornwall are in receipt of Incapacity Benefit, and that the majority of these claimants suffer from stress or back pain.
In order to establish whether we can usefully get involved we need, in a very short timeframe, to know the precise numbers of such claimants and what would be the best way (if,indeed, there is one) to access them without infringing any of their rights of privacy etc.
Any and all ideas will be very welcome.
