Anyone have any knowledge experience of getting Tax Credits back-dated more than 3 mths. Client didn't return annual declaration last year and has only now re-applied and got Tax Credits backdated max 3 mth looking for back-date for 1 yr. Client was homeless, mental health probs, complex family issues and had support services in place which were not very reliable. If there is any guidance/legislation that you could point me int he direction of would be much appreciated
