We recently have had the outcome of our pay review, whereas the pay line has not yet been accepted, as it stands we will have a marked reduction in salary. Could I ask anyone who has undergone the process (Greater London PC scheme)to inform us as to what points were awarded and to which descriptor. We were awarded 470 points which results in a pay cut of £3100.00.

We also are going through a similar process although I believe the job evaluation questionnaires completed by members of our team have NOT even been considered!! Nothing has been confirmed but rumours have it that we'll be linked to other LA jobs with a score of up to 480 points and an annual pay cut of £1533! Not impressed, to say the least.

Birmingham City Council has just undergone a MORI consultation on the issue and is due to report on the results at the end of August. Will let you know.
