fixed term awards
Tue 09-Feb-10 02:45 PM

I have heard rumblings that as part of the HB reform, awards of HB may be awarded for 6 months at a time; this is apparently under discussion at present. Does anyone know the rationale for this and where I can find further info? I work for a provider of supported housing where the mjority of clients claim HB. When I started here HB awards were for 1 year and then had to be riviewed. it was a bit of a nightmare with forms not being done, lost etc.
