I've an appeal pending relating to HB entitlement for shared care for a dependant child. It's been postponed pending the Commissioner deciding on other similar cases - which according to HB/CTB Bulletin G18/2007 (Nov 07) are
I'm thinking about putting away my case for now to make some more room in my filing cabinet but wondered how long it might be before I need to retrieve it. Do any of the above belong to you or do you have any ideas how long these decisions might take?
