Hi, i think i've got the following right but want to double check. Client and partner both in receipt of Long Term ICB, partner gets MRC and LRM DLA. Client has just been awarded HRC and LRM, Income Support claimed as two SDP's will apply. However i think i'm right in saying that two x Carer's Premiums will apply too, as if they claim CA, as it overlaps with ICB only the CP will be paid. I've checked IS Regs Sch 2 para 13 and CPAG page 790 but want to be sure before we claim CA for both.
