At the start of the meeting it looks like the rep.s went in with guns blazing trying to get the format of the meetings changed so that HMRC have to actually listen, but there doesn't seem to be a yea or nea given by HMRC. Could someone who attended let us know if the rep.s have got what they wanted in terms of meeting format?? And I seem to remember John Andrews of LITRG hinting that LITRG and Rightsnet had something up their sleeve for us welfs who are completely frustrated with TCO and more detail would be given in April. Any update???

Some progress was made, although the later meeting in March (which was attended in part by the FST)saw some slippage.

As I have said before we seem to inhabit parallel universes; where their statistics show sunny pastures and where we inhabit is unmitigated gloom.

But then we deal with the most vulnerable and the most complex.

As to other developments to get more regular information out to Rightsnet users.........I shall pass the buck to Shawn to say where things stand......

hi ... quick upadte .... we're about to launch a new version of rightsnet and one of the first things we'll be lookig at post-launch is working with the LITRG to facilitate them providing tax credit updates through rightsnet .... should begin to take shape next month ... cheers - shawn
