MIG and PC
Mon 23-Oct-06 05:33 PM

I have a couple with an o/p of IS (MIG as over 60)and PC of £6000 dating from June 2002. The reason given for o/p is they did not know Mrs G was getting a state pension.
I have requested a copy of the form, however does anyone have a MIG form lying around in the back of a cupboard ( with guidance notes)! or can anyone recall if MIG asked about RP, as the PC form does not.

If somehow they did fail to disclose on MIG form, would or should this have been picked up on transfer to PC?

Revision requested for now, with view to appeal.
Any comments welcomed.

Thank you

Thank you. I am awaiting a copy of the documents to see what the client put down and how things were worded etc.
