Has anyone got C98/70 (IB) Commissioners Decision regarding Stress Incontinence, which I am trying to get hold of for an upcoming PCA Tribunal?

is the reference correct .... suggests it's from 1970 ... is it 70/98?

Yes Shawn, So sorry, C70/98 (IB). Thats what it quotes in SS legislation 2003 Vol 1. 8.187. Mary.

have checked on the nidoc site @ http://145.229.156.3/dmaucomdec.nsf?OpenDatabase

but under 1998 they have ... 59 - 69 and 71, 73, 75, but no sign of no.70 for some reason - wonder if it got reported?

one of which .... R 007/99 is about stress incontinence ... is it that one?
