I am painfully aware that a client who was on middle rate care for frequent attention throughout the day before he was 65 and then loses it after he was 65 cannot argue he should get the low rate because he has to be awarded that low ratel of DLA care before he was 65.
I have just seen as client awarded the middle rate of care for frequent atterntion throughout the day and on the same letter the DWP state that he also requires help for a significant portionof the day. Is this an error or have other people had such letter as this could make things intresting in appeals.
