Ultra Vires PCA Descriptors

Can any one point me to a summary/idiots guide to the status of each individual descriptor post Howker et al? I'm sure that I've seen such a document recently but the memory might be a delusion of my caffiene soaked brain...

apparently there due to have a 3 commissioners review very soon see pages 10 & 11 of the latest issue of Welfare Rights Bulletin 192

Links to summaries of 13 post-Howker commissioner decisions can be found by doing a key word search for 'Howker' in the briefcase section of rightsnet.

These include the two 'conflicting' decisions that a tribunal of commissioners has now been convened to consider - R(IB) 3/04 and CSIB/148/2005.

Vires of 1997 amendments to Incapacity for Work Regulations

CSIB/803/2005; CSIB/818/2005

A Tribunal of Commissioners has been convened to consider the question of the validity of the amendment to activity 14 (remaining conscious) in the Schedule to the Social Security (Incapacity for Work)(General Regulations), to resolve the conflict between R(IB) 3/04 and CSIB/148/05.
