Anybody got a copy? Northern Ireland decision about use of fraud investigation reports by the DWP in submissions on entitlement to benefit.

Is referred to on Disability Alliance's website but can't track the full text of the decision on the NI commissioners site.

If not - any comments on use of ICB fraud interview record in the DWP's (own initiated supersession) submission justifying removal of DLA hign mob(client did 2 months cleaning @ 2-3 hours a week but didn't declare earnings)?
