Moving from SDA to ESA permitted work rules Tue 09-Mar-10 11:47 AM
I have a client getting SDA, reg blind and therefore exempt from the personal capability assessment. I have advised that she can carry on with her permitted work for an unlimited period so long as she is earning under £93 and working less than 16 hours per week.
What I would like to know is what will happen when she is transferred onto ESA if she has been doing permitted work for more than 52 weeks. She won't fit into the support group category so would she up to give up her work to keep her ESA?
