Intensive Activity Period
Fri 20-Feb-04 08:33 AM

Thanks for the news item on this. As I read the Statutory instruments, for us in the Rhondda and some other areas, the Intensive Activity Period will start this April (2004)

Whilst Derbyshire and others contained in the Statutory Instrument (no 2) they will start next year (2005)

I suppose these intensive activities will go hand in hand with the Path ways to work and are the precursors for the compulsory skills assessment.

Again it will deter the most vulnerable claimants disproportionately
