NAWRA - Nottingham - 10th March 2006
Tue 21-Feb-06 11:14 AM

The next NAWRA meeting will be held at County Hall, Nottingham, on Friday 10th March 2006.

County Hall is next to Trent Bridge cricket ground, approximately a mile from the railway station. Buses go directly from the station to within 50 metres of County Hall.

Workshops will look at:

· Working with the Disability and Carer's Service (DCS)
· Right to Reside - 2 years on
· Joint Teams with the Pension Service
· Adoption & Benefits

There will also be a presentation on NAWRA's recently commissioned research paper and the launch of our dedicated website. The meeting also includes the AGM of the newly constituted organisation and the results of the committee elections.

For those coming to Nottingham the night before, a social evening has been arranged at Broadway Cinema on Broad Street, Nottingham, from 6.30 pm onwards. Yes, it is a cinema but apparently there is a "lively" bar with good food and drink!

All NAWRA members are encouraged to attend. If you are not a member you may attend and join on the day!

I look forward to meeting you there.

Best wishes,

Alan Markey
NAWRA Chair
