Tribunal obligation to give reasons why submissions rejected.

Can anyone point me to useful CD's or COA decisions where this issue was commented in judgement. Particularly looking for comments about legal bais for this issue whether statutory or common law.

Adequacy of resons was discussed in R(A)1/72. The issue is basically one of natural justice
