My tenant scored 12 points in his PCA, the appeal hearing is in two weeks time. Yesterday we won an appeal against a DLA decision. He was awarded low rate for both components. He is currently on IS at a reduced rate. What now happens to the DP he is entitled to based on his new award?. Safe to say he had DP with his IB which we are hoping will be reinstated.

Should get the DP back - but still get the reduced rate of Income Support.
