Just trying to collate some caselaw for an ESA (IR) client with mobility problems - been on the Tribunals website to do a general search and it came up with zero! Surely there is some caselaw by now for ESA? Do you think I can use Incap decisions of not? Just would be useful to have some decisions to back up the clients LCW due to restricted mobility - plus the condition is degenerative. All help appreciated.

I would be astonished if there was any caselaw on ESA yet, as i doubt any have found their way to the commissioners yet.
Last I heard, there was still only a tiny trickle of ESA cases getting to tribunals - maybe one case in a day's hearings.
