Can anyone tell me if there is something equivelant to welfare rights or CAB in Belgium and if so how to make contact.

In Flanders are "Wetswinkels" which are similar to law centres in Britain but
they only give face to face advice and are not free (15 Euro)

the E mail for their central office is info@dewetswinkel.be (9-12 Mon to Thursd) the central office does not give advice but their website gives info of the local centres

I do not know of a similar widespread and Independent advice agency such as CAB as most are local advice agencies

For the Waloon part of the Country I do not know
