Can anyone provide representation for someone with a Child DLA Appeal or does anyone have a list of possible contacts where client can obtain representation . Client lives in Plymouth - unfortunately this is outside our area .
Thanks

What are the grounds of the appeal ? If the primary condition is hearing loss, then you could try NDCS, as they have just increased the size of their Welfare Rights team, who can offer representation.

As far as I am aware the only organisation that provides appeal support is DIAC in Plymouth city centre.

I do appeals in Plymouth as long as a McKensie Adviser is needed under LSC rules - that is usually that a legal point has to be argued and the claimant (or their parent) could not be expected to do that themselves. I see clients at Saltash CAB who come from Plymouth or Cornwall. Is this any use to you? But Plymouth CAB also have an LSC contract for welfare benefits which may be more local for you.
