Hi,

I have a client who has was turned down for a Disability Living Allowance appeal on the basis that they would not meet the six month forward qualifying period criteria. The hearing is taking place next week. The client's condition has not improved as quickly as expected. However, there has been a significant improvement in the client's arthritis two weeks ago due to injections. The client does not know if this improvement is pernament. Would a two week improvement make any difference.
