Ye gods and little fishes. Spent so much time this morning trying to get through to SF for client to claim both rent in advance and emergency living expenses. No option for rent in advance so firstly pressed option 2 for living expenses and waited THIRTY mins to get through. Claim taken and client asked to hang on whilst they make decision. 15 mins later and decision made so 45 mins on phone.
At same time SFO confirmed can make claim for rent in advance over phone but have to ring same number and press option 1 for household items. Grrrrrr. Rang back, hang on 20 mins to be told rent in advance has to be on claim form.
