Hi I am writing to ask if anyone has heard of someone having their entitlement to this certificate being viewed as an overpayment? A colleague has a client who is being over paid Working tax credit and as a result now has a full exemption certificate. She is likely to have to pay this back next year- will she have to pay back the benefits from the exemption certificate too?
