GP information
Thu 07-Oct-04 09:26 AM

The client is currently suffering from Ushers sydrome and back problems. The client was getting HRM with the help of his GP. On review another GP filled in the FR and the client was dorped to LRM. The client went back to his own GP and got a letter for support which does explain his back problems. My main problem is getting the tribunal to take into account the clients actual GP information. Is there any CD that can be used for this

Ushers syndrome leads to problems with both vision and hearing - severity depends on whioch type of Usher's syndrome someone has. could it be that your client was getting HRMC on the grounds of being both deaf and blind?

Client is both GP is very supportive the problem is getting the tribunal to take into account this information other than the GP that knew nothing of his medical problems.
