I have a client who is 67, came to the UK to support family, prior to moving to the UK had sought advice, this was about a year ago, and told would get Pension Credit... not so due to the "right to reside" I have searched and sought advice elswhere and it looks pretty bleak. Can anyone advise, an appeal is now loged. thanks helen
