The budget (in March 05) promised that the downrating at 52 weeks for SRP/IS/IB would not happen for anyone entering hospital after April 2005. I've seen two articles in Touchbase but have there been any actual regulations yet? Or does anyone in the know know when we can expect them? I'm getting questions from folks who came into hospital prior to April 2005 about how the new rules will work for them ...
