and here's a little poser for you ...
have a cl. from poland, worked in uk for 4 years and is currently employed.
his wife, 2 children remained in poland.
he now has to return to poland for 2 months because his wife is ill.
can he claim any u.k benefits while he is back in poland.
i have a niggling thought re : c.b but only if he is economically active here, but other benefits will be a no go, unless there is a reciprocal agreement for i.b etc.
any thoughts / suggestions greatly accepted with a chuckle ...
